西紅柿厚蛋燒Tomato Omelets (Tamagoyaki)Recipe

#Tomato Omelette (Tamagoyaki)is healthy and tasty at the same time. Also this recipe is extremely easy to cook. It can be made within about 15 minutes with simple & healthy ingredients.

1.准备好原材料:西红柿去皮切小丁,葱切葱花
Ingredients Preparation:1 fresh tomato , skinned and chopped; 
2.打入两个鸡蛋,加入一个去皮西红柿小丁、葱花、生粉 & 少量盐;搅拌成蛋液
 Beat 2 eggs along with 1 chopped & skinned tomato, chopped green onion, cornstarch and salt.
3.小火,加入食用油,倒入1/2蛋液,把蛋液煎至凝固 (煎至底面呈现金黄色)
Reduce the heat to low, add oil and pour 1/2 the eggs into the pan and fry the eggs until set (cook until the under side of the eggs gets golden brown in colour) 
4.卷起厚蛋烧,再倒入余下1/2蛋液Then roll it up as Omelets, and pour the remaining 1/2 the eggs into the pan, fry the eggs until set
5.卷起厚蛋烧 Again roll it up as Omelets
6.出锅切块 Remove from the pan and cut in cubes 
7.完成 Ready to be served
